I am loving these little paper houses, from an illustrator whose work I love. Delphine Doreau created these as 25 little houses as free downloads on her blog . They are in sections of 3 per day after the first one. Please respect her artistry and use these for personal use only.
I have printed them almost every year, to make them with one of the kiddos. These are easy to print, cut and glue. They are perfect for filling with treats and making a village. Andes brand peppermints are my favorite to hide inside.
To get started print each one on a sheet of card stock. Then the only supplies you need are Sharp point scissors and Zig 2 way glue. With a pinch of patience you will have a stunning village of darling houses.
I also love her books. She has several that are printed and for sale in the US and France.
This My Town book is a favorite with its totally amazing city and characters. This book is a perfect gift for a 8-11 year old. That age that loves to play house or make up stories. This has filled a few rainy day visits with my kiddos. The other book Vroum! that I love is only available on French Amazon. However if you are an amazon shopper navigating the French site is no problem. This book has loads of cars and emergency vehicles to populate your world. Building out this city provided hours of fun, with a bit of French thrown in too.
I am excited to share some of these little treasures with you to help you with gift ideas and finding ways to play with your kiddos.
